Not the worst, but could be improved.
    • Santander to Portsmouth with Brittany Ferries

There seemed to be no logic to allowing the cars to board, although I was middle of the queue when I arrived, I was one of the last to board. As a vegetarian I did not find a tasty vegetarian meal. I asked the information desk what the post code was of the port, as the internet was non existent, meaning I was unable to check, and was given the wrong information. PO8???

    An unexpected pleasure
    • Santander to Portsmouth with Brittany Ferries

Some trepidation given the experience of other short hop cross channel ferries but this was an unexpected pleasure. The Baie de Seine was clean, clearly laid out, the cabin spotless and the crew courteous, professional and really helpful. It was a relaxing, well catered 27 hour flawless trip. Happy to do it again. Well done Brittany Ferries.

    Ferry unreliable
    • Santander to Portsmouth with Brittany Ferries

Docking at Plymouth made our lease car arrangements very difficult as booked from Portsmouth and bus arrival too late. Luckily we were able to change our departure town however it took almost an hour on the phone trying to sort it out. Would take train next time as more reliable.
